    Today is a “Special Day” with a crunch. A tribute to a favourite munchie. The kits, however, are keeping it under “wraps”! ¡Hola!

    Tortilla Chips are great anytime but since it’s Friday, why not add a Margarita or two? 😆

    We got a bit on snow but I love it. It looks to pretty. I keep the window by my bed open about 1/2″ and the cold air feels so good.

    So this is LilBit’s new thing –

    I’m going to see “The Great Wall” with Matt Damon this weekend. When “United Kingdom” is released to more theaters, I’ll see that movie.

    I tell you PG, the crossover pic almost had me stumped until I found that pic. I was on the point of giving up looking.
    I keep our bedroom window and several others open a wee bit all year round unless the rain is coming in, but we don’t get snow. I hate being in a room with everything shut.

    HRH was a unsettled this afternoon so we had a long cuddle session. Afterwards she disappeared outside and a short time later returned with a mouse in her mouth which she let go in the lounge. 🙁
    I have had to set a humane life capture trap and fingers crossed that the wee mousie takes the bait so to speak.
    Deep sigh.
    I appreciate her gift but not when it’s let loose in the house.

    Good morning – “Maybe, just maybe, I licked one of them.” Heh.
    Who would’ve thunk a photo of tennis balls and tortillas exist?
    A nice thin blanket of pretty snow is ok; the Midwest is getting slammed with a major storm. I like the cool air coming in the window by the bed. It feels good on my face when the rest of me is burrowed under the covers.
    Aww, HRH appreciated the cuddle session. Hope you catch the ‘gift’, MS.
    Spent yesterday afternoon with sister and baby Tyler. It was a beautiful spring-like day so we walked several laps around niece’s condo complex. Felt good, and of course, Tyler was happy riding around!

    Ha, MS! Matt Damon is a cool dude.

    We have a pair of Sqweee kits today. Cuddle, cuddle – thanks mom! Miss Gaea used to bring mouses home. If I could catch it I’d let it go, but by that time it usually had a heart attack. 🙁

    How is wee Tyler doing? With two ladies to dote on him, it sounds like he got the royal treatment.

    We got some more snow last night. We’re missing all the bad storms that are hitting the mid and Northeast.

    Oh dear, this has me cravng tortilla chips. Not overly greasy ones with strange flavours (aka Doritos); there is a good kind here called Que Pasa made with organic blue corn. With salsa, in the oven with cheese, with hummus…

    But I also like soft tortillas, not fried, just gently heated in the pan, with any number of fillings. Being a cat, I love fish tacos. There is a new Mexican shop at Jean-Talon market where they make fresh tortillas onsite. Yummm!

    That’s me in the pic ruining my appetite with free tortillas and salsa!! A frozen Marguerita sounds wonderful right now!!

    Yes, all my windows are open, but thew wind is ridiculous here and supposed to be not good at all later. Rain, high damaging winds, maybe hail, yada, yada, yada! Then the temps plunge to the 40’s–not very cold for February really, but a change from 70 degrees for sure!

    Me to JJ, I love sleeping burrowed with my ‘toes in’ like Avery says, and fresh air in my nose!! I wake up sometimes sniffing the fresh smell of the air, aahhhh!

    I don’t really go for tortillas, but appreciate that others love ’em!

    Just finishing up for today and then I segue into rest prior to next wk which involves some stress. Purrfect weather for rest, too as bleak, chilly and rainy.
