yummmmm….. thinly sliced bread, artichoke hears, roaster red peppers, fontina cheese and spicy chipolte mayo!…….. heaven!

Mmmmm-that Jarlsberg and Granny Smith apples on the walnut raisin bread sounds heavenly.

I like to do open face cheese sandwiches, too. A slice of bread (maybe some mayo) a couple of slices of tomatoes topped with cheese of choice, put under broiler until cheese is melted. Yum.

As a kid, we had lots and lots of grilled cheese sandwiches–we topped them with grape jelly.

Yummy – the Southwest grilled cheese sounds great! But I think that I might have to try AV’s because I never met an artichoke heart that I didn’t like!
