I have no idea why they would attack one kitten more than the other, but I’m sure the DE in combo with Advantage should help a lot. Try to be as thorough with the treatment as possible, and repeat it a couple of times since fleas and their eggs have a cycle of their own and will reoccur if you’re not persistant with the DE/vaccuming/washing of fabrics around the house.

Vet shared w/me that fleas sometimes are attracted to a lighter colored fur pet for they are attracted to “light” plus w/less healthy immune system as easier target etc.

hmm that makes since. the one they are attacking the most is my calico (with alot of white fur) the other 2 kittens are a calico (mostly black and she got them pretty bad also but not as much as the whiter one) and a brown/black tiger striped with mostly dark color and very little white. DE showed up today im going to do the whole house on my day off (wed) i cant wait. thanks jeankit, you’ve helped me alot in my flea troubles.

Great news on DE, good luck.

(Hee hee, my Crockey was king of fleas when he showed up Flame point that looked greyish until got cleaned up & rid of fleas. I still use a smidge of DE on him when go outside on leash even tho I do treat both kits w/Frontline monthly. Also use fur/coat vitamin gravy on food as a coat/skin help for kits who have had flea issues. Shiney, clean fur w/little scratching for both my kits.)
