    My family and I own 5 black male cats and are currently moving into a new house that doesn’t allow cats. They are unneutered and only about 2 years old. They are all very friendly. In need of defleaing as well. The shelters where I live are no kill, but are overrun and I’ve heard rumours of them euthanizing cats to stop the overflow. Please help now! Either a good home or my dad says he’ll drop them off at a farm!!

    Hi Izzy, I would suggest that you get in touch with a rescue in your area such as a Humane shelter that does no kill for sure. They may be able to help with the neutering, since 5 unneutered male cats and also in need of defleaing may be hard for a single person to handle. Dropping them off at a farm is irresponsible and inhumane as many times this has happened to me. People throw away family pets thinking they will know how to live in the wild by themselves. These cats are tame and do not know how to fend for themselves. They will be prey for coyotes, fox, and hawks. I hope your father doesn’t make HIS problem, someone elses.
