I just got mine today!!! Perfect timing because my book group here is reading The Shack for April and I just finished it today.

2bp, not to worry – Dewey isn’t a real big book. You’ll have plenty of time!

I’ve read most of the book, and have the last 3 to 4 chapters to go…and I know its going to be sad, the rest of the book..

Let me re-post it here! IF there is ANYONE on here that needs a copy of the DEWEY book I would be more then happy to ship them the one I have. I will pay for shipping, it would be my pleasure. I understand many people on here are going thru tough times right now and I DO NOT want them to miss such an awesome book just because of that. I would be honored to do this for you. My sister has my copy and I will get it back this weekend and will be happy to send it out on Monday the 2nd of March. Whoever is the first to contact me will get the book. I’m so excited – I got my copy the other day and can’t wait to read it! It will be a welcome distraction. I have a day, maybe two off next week and I’m going to sit on my arse, eat bon-bons and read!!!

I get my book next week when I get my new e-book reader. I am so excited to have this new “toy” and such a good story to be my first read on it.

@lady cat…i understand that one…i need to get a new phone because of th gps…so i found a good deal on the iphone…..n thats what im hoping to get…..i think i can read ebooks on there along with everything else it does…

Im hoping to get an iphone next week….i need to upgrade my phone and found a good deal on he iphone. if you get a refurb. i need sumthing with gps…and frankly i miss my pda…but this is even better :). ill prolly give my old current phone to my mu. she needs a phone. and i think u can read ebooks on there…so that will be great since im always on the road…plus i can keep connected eto the gang here and the book club easier 🙂

I just started reading it a day ago. I started crying really hard when I read that he was dropped into a book deposit when it was minus 3 degrees out and bitterly cold in the book drop too and he was just barely hanging on to life. I am hoping to finish it this weekend if my cats allow me some quiet time. I better get the kleenex ready.
