So this morning we noticed that one of the 3 cats had the runs. Well 2 cats had vet appts so right Now there is only 1 cat in the house. She eats blue buffalo and overnight she ate nothing bc the other 2 couldn’t eats bc of Anastasia this morning. Is there anything natural that I can give her to settle her stomach ?

Most recommend taking the cat off solid food and providing plenty of fresh water for 24 hours. It could be caused by several factors, such as a bacterial infection, virus, spoiled food, etc.

The biggest concern is dehydration. Maybe a trip to the vet for this one is in order too.

KZ is right most would recommend a 24 hour fast … some will recommend a diet of poached chicken and rice for a few days and slowly add in the original food .. also goats milk yogurt helps to settle stomachs and also pumpkin mashed into food can help with diarrhoea but if it persists or get worse after 24 hours a vet visit could be best.. also stress can cause mild diarrhoea also so the commotion of vets visits for the other two might have stressed him out
