Me and the girls couldn’t sleep so we got up and dressed and decided we would sashay over to the Cafe’ and clean up after the St. Patty’s Day party that the kit’s had. Unlocking the door we hear kitteh’s snoring loudly! We turn on the lights and see kitteh’s sleeping everywhere with St. Patty’s party favors all around. Betty and Wilma go off to the closet to get trash bags, brooms, dust pans, mops and buckets. Gonna take a while to get this place in order. I go around and rouse the kitteh’s and tell them we have to get this place in order for the breakfast crowd. They get up slowly stretching and yawning. I change the water bowls and fill up their food bowls. After some munching, we get to work. I start up the grill while the kitteh’s work. I figure might as well catch the night shift folks too since the site was down and it looks like there was no night shift. Got hot coffee and tea out and brewing. All sorts of juices and milk as well as hot cocoa are available. We have eggs, lots of bacon, toast, bagels, hash browns, biscuits, biscuits and gravy, jams/jellies and muffins for the early crowd. We will work on pancakes and the good stuff later when the breakfast crowd rolls in. Come on in and enjoy time with friends. Kitteh’s will be looking for laps to snooze on!

I am off to work to do mid month invoicing. I am going to leave the girls at the cafe’. I know they will be in good hands with the day shift. If they get to be too much trouble or get too sleepy send them home thru the wormhole! Thanks and have a really wonderful day everyone!!!

Goodness Molly, you were up early! I’ll play with the girls for awhile until everyone gets here. They must be sleeping off their parties from yesterday.

thanks nngm! i appreciate it. it was an awful day at work yesterday and i laid down about 10:20pm and was up again at 1am and couldn’t sleep. i have some big issues to deal with here at work and none of them are going to be pleasant. i am not getting much support from my people so that makes it doubly difficult. i am anxiously awaiting the weekend!

Well, it is hump day! I hope you have a better work day today. I’m still recovering from my (very spicy) thai dinner last night so I will just have some tea right now.

Good morning! Bet some of those kitties have catnip hangovers today (lol).

What did you have at the Thai restaurant, NNGM? Oh, I adored my Indian buffet for lunch yesterday, but as always…it gave me heartburn. That’s the only negative. Everything tasted so good!

Our Reubens last night were good too. Had very mixed cuisine: hot and sour soup first, then the Reuben sammie. Wow, I ate ‘around the world’ yesterday, from India to China to Ireland (lol).

Tansey was a sweetie last night, she decided around 3am that it was Time To Feed The Kitty and jumped on the bed. I nabbed her and we had a sweet cuddle and purr session for about ten minutes.

I think the cats had heartburn too! Must have been their St. Patty’s Party! Betty and Wilma couldn’t settle down either! Up and down, up and down, up and down. Of course I was flopping like a whale worrying about work which didn’t help. I love corned beef but cabbage doesn’t love me! LOL Anything to eat Siobhan?

I love that! I am so happy for you! You needed that! Now, if your girls could call my girls today and give them a piece of their minds. I went to Portland last week for three days for work and they still haven’t forgiven me. They sure are carrying a chip on their paws………

Oh, Yum, Mollycat, that made-to-order omelet looks wonderful! But watch those kitty chefs, they tend to garnish with catnip, not parsley (lol)

We had a bunch of windows open yesterday afternoon and the cats were gleefully going from one window to another, little sniffers working overtime!

Good morning! Just checking in before I begin my busy day. I am so glad we are going downhill to the weekend. It’s been a little crazy here, too. Chance and Smudge have been giving momma some extra loving. It’s wonderful when cats seem to know when you need that extra little cuddling time.
