Ironic thing is, the last few weeks I’ve been really wanting to write to her (she’s in Denmark)but was too busy. This morning when I went to work, I was thinking that if today was as slow as yesterday, for a change, I would write to her. My first email of the day was from my brother, telling me she’d passed away. It’s sad that we’re so busy with life that we do not have time for things like staying in touch with friends. This lady used to be my English teacher in school, and we became friends later on. She’s been such a great influence in my life, and I wish I had taken the chance to tell her how much she meant to me before it was too late.
