Cleveland Meetup ..Need Info

I talked to MCM today and we came to the conclusion that we are not going to be able to have a weekend where everyone is available to come. We wish everyone could come but it is what it is…I am now going to make a calendar of dates that is available…we will pick the weekend that the majority can make it..Does that sound good? Then I think the affordable hotels like the courtyard at Marriott or the Candlewood Suites are the best for the value. I will hold the rooms with my Credit card then payment will be up to whomever per room.

SO if you want to come to Cleveland for the meet…let me know all dates available for June, July and August. We are not considering July 4th weekend at all since it’s a holiday….I will start the calendar now…..

I am available any weekend in June EXCEPT the 12-13-14, all weekends in July and all weekends in August! So whenever count me in, even if I am the only one who can come! LOL

I like the end of June best, 26(Friday) thru 28(Sunday), although I could probably do July 10(Friday) thru 12(Sunday). My first choice would be June though.

Of course one date can’t always catch everyone, and I’ll certainly understand if it’s scheduled for one that doesn’t work for me…

Any weekend in June is fine. Any weekend in July with the exception of the 24th, 25th, 26th. Doesn’t look like anyone is interested in August, so unless that comes up I will leave it at that!!!! : )

I do have one question for Mollycat….If we do a late June meetup…will that be enough time that you are healed to travel? I do not want to push your recovery at all.

Cleveland would be a loooong drive from here….not sure about any weekend working due to the campground being the busiest on weekends, and what days I don’t work during the summer, we plan day trips with our granddaughter, ie, zoo, renfaire, museum, Dells attractions, etc :(( If I can’t make it, I will surely be there in SPIRIT!

I know it’s farther away, but if we pick a date in August, maybe it would be far enough in advance that folks could put the date on their calendar now. That way we wouldn’t be trying to work around everyone’s vacations, etc.

Whaddya think????

Well it looks as if the last weekend in June is when EVERYONE can make it..

That would include..
