    Hello,

I am an owner of a 7 year old cat and I am currently in the market looking for a monitor to be able to watch my cat while I’m at work. I found two, one is called Petcube which has a laser but the camera doesn’t move and the other one is called Helmet which also has a laser but the camera does move 360 degrees and tilts too. If you’re interested in looking at Helmet: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/helmet-your-eye-your-playmate-and-your-friend#/story

Let me know if you have any other suggestions.

    Thanks,
    Jane L.

    Welcome to TDK Jane.
I do not have any experience w/pet monitor.
I am adding a link from internet as FYI:

Hoping another member will see your post & share something more substantial as experience, good luck.

If you aren’t determined to have a lazer pointer or ability to send sound back to your cat, I’d just get a standard WiFi camera. They’re usually cheaper and being less specialized are more likely to be updated etc in future (so the app should be available longer, even as phones are updated)
