    Whaddya know, they pretty much got it right! Either the author is an ex-pat American, or she spent extensive time on this side of the pond. In any event, she has knowledge that a lot of Americans don’t!

    Even after spending time in that part of the country with an ex-boyfriend who was raised there, I never heard of anyone serving up mutton. (And stop spying on us, Kittemaster. tee hee)

    Haha. Acording to this, the BBQ restaurant recognized as the best in the state five times in the last seven years is most famous for its mutton.

    Just remember, the anchor of Western Kentucky is Paducah–the only place in the country that doesn’t have to worry about street lights (the nuke plant provides the “glow”)! 😀
