Almost 4 week old kitten eating less, playing more.

I have an almost (1-2 days shy of)4 week old bottle baby. Had her since she was 1-2 days old. She was eating approx 25 ml per feeding. But as of yesterday, she only drinks about 10-15ml, and just wants to play and run around. Also, she has NO interest in eating or drinking out of a dish. She was under weight when born, and has since gained almost 4x her weight. I don’t recall any of my other former bottle babies ever doing this… Suggestions? I know as long as she is still eating, that’s good, but am I being paranoid? Lol. Thank you!!
