    My daughter rescued 2 3 week (around) kittens from our barn. Their mother had moved the others and left these two. They are doing well thanks to your website! The triangle method came in handy. One of the kittens has longer hair and we notice he is shedding. Is this normal?

    its normal for the long haired ones to lose their baby fluff, especially if they have recently switched to a different food type/brand. Just watch that its not excessive, and that he/she isnt getting bald spots, as that is usually an indicator for feline leukemia.

    Thank you! We will keep an eye on him. My daughter (their new mommy!) was so worried. She is doing an awesome job with them and getting up around the clock to feed them. She is 20 and says no way would she ever want a baby this young!
