KJ definitely no offence taken at all. Yes I have had ‘bike’ therapy many years ago and suddenly remembered it and thought I would give it a try again. Seems to be helping some this time too. I agree, pain is c**p. Oh cute vid of Enzo killing his mouse and Pluto watching that crazy cat.
PG, love the borken pic. The recumbent bike sounds interesting but my cities traffic has become so manic and congested that riding any form of bike seems far too dangerous. 🙁 There are some good off road trails that I may attempt once I have strengthened my legs.

JJ, good to hear that Comet’s flying boogers are calming down. Yay a full house at JJ’s Junction this morning.
HRH and I watched a blackbird taking a bath in the birdbath/outside water bowl for Shadz. I am about to take out a couple of bananas(he he AV) for the birds.
