I’d like you all to give a warm welcome to today’s Star Kit, Squeaki. He is a 1 year and 10 month old Philippine Short Hair from Lincoln, Nebraska.
We rescued Squeaki in 2014 while we were at our home in the Philippines. Some how he had gotten into our yard which has a 6′ concrete wall surrounding it. The wife found him outside the kitchen door and thought he was dead because he wasn’t moving and seamed lifeless. She ask here son to dispose of it. Her son picked it up and said mother it’s alive. There isn’t any vet service or pet products available in our town so I got on the internet to find out how to care for our new charge.
About a month and a half later when we got Squeaki to a vet for a checkup she estimated he was about 4 months old and in excellent health weighing in at a whopping 2 kilos. In August 2014 Squeaki preceded us home to Nebraska via United Airlines. Today Squeaki is King of our house and is constantly amusing up with his antics.

Lovely to see sweet Squeaki’s baby kitty pic and the pic of him all grown up, looking quite content in his purry bed! Thank you for saving him and giving him a furever home!
What a beautiful fellow Squeaki is….he’s ‘come a long way, baby!’ figuratively and literally. Lucky,
lucky Squeaki to have you rescue him…lucky you to have such a lovely baby. Thank you for your kindness, and many happy years together.
Woohoo Squeaki is my uncle’s cat. He stays with
me when they travel. He is quite the character he and Sabrina (who was kitten of the day 1/30) are partners in crime. I was the one who picked him up at the airport in Omaha when he arrived.
Hi Athena – thanks for getting adorable Squeaki to his home in Omaha!
I’m so glad that you and Squeaki found each other. He’s very handsome.
What a handsome & charming looking fellow! Enjoyed Squeaki’s story as much as looking at his photos. So happy you found each other!!!
How that poor kitten scaled a 6′ wall in that condition blows me away. I truly think God had a hand in this. Bless you for taking care of him as you did and getting him on the road to recovery. Look at what a handsome boy he is now in how own loving forever home with his own comfy bed and people who love him. Give Squeaki a treat and kiss for me:)
Squeaki has come a long way! He loves hanging out in his home with his family. Are you ever tempted to rub his furry tummy? He’s begging for a quick rub.
Mr. Squeaki was determined that you would be his purr parents. He looks so helpless as a wee kit but so handsome as young guy. You’re love and care made all the difference in his life. I can’t thank you enough for saving Mr. Squeaki.
Concats for having an awesome cat sitter in Athena.

What happened on the other side of the wall no longer matters. Handsome Squeaki found his family and knew you would save him.
Wishing you all the best!
Squeaki looks like the “King of His Castle” in the last photo. It must come from all your love and being a world-traveler! Kitties bring so much joy to our lives. I’m so happy you found each other.
