I’d like you all to join me in giving a huge paws up to today’s Star Kit, Smokey. He is 2 months old (although only 9 days old in the pics) from Michigan.
I got Smokey on 9/19/14, he was a rescue, but not any kind of rescue, his story is amazing & inspiring; my father was in our field (we live in the country) burning old wood, leaves, ect. & he heard a kitten crying from in the fire, he knew he had to find the kitten so he searched & after what felt like forever he found the kitten, luckily the kitten didn’t get too injured, & he only had a few minor burns & cuts.
I named him Smokey because of the situation, & I’m so great-full my dad got my baby out of that fire, Smokey isn’t the first cat my family has recused, but he’s the first cat I’ve taken responsibility for, I get no sleep, & it feels like I have a 9 day old baby, but gosh, I love him so much, & he truly is a miracle. <3
Tom is the owner of 4 amazing cats, and using the Daily Kitten he provides a place for cat and kitten lovers to share the love for their own cats and kittens.
