To see us into a brand new week we have today’s Star Kit, Simon. He is a 2 year old Lynx Point Siamese from Texas.
A total sweetheart! Ok, not really much of a cuddle type of cat, but the family loves him to pieces! Simon here is the result of my prayers, when I really wanted a cat to keep indoors and my parents were unsure of it. A lady crossed my path on the internet, announcing that she was giving away free kittens and this fella caught my heart.
For an indoors cat, he is quite curious, but not destructive and calm. He also loves to play with my dad. I think my dad is Simon’s favorite human! This cat has helped me fight through depression, as well as the struggles of high school to graduation! I hope we’ll have many more adventures together.

Siamese types are wonderful. They are so bright (usually) and curious. They are very much one-person cats, so I’m glad he could tear himself away from HIS person (your dad) to be attentive to you when you needed his help.
They can be cuddly too. My (black Siamese cross) Renzo is cuddly in cold weather, and has got more cuddly gettnig old. Of cours he isn’t fluffy or chubby (though there are chubby Siamese, if they don’t get enough exercise). Perhaps a bit late now, but they can be trained to walk on a lead, if you don’t like leaving them free rein outdoors. They are active cats and do need exercise.
Concats on having a soul mate in Mr. Simon! He’s handsome and quite the dapper dresser. Maybe Mr. Simon and your dad are male bonding? 😉 I hope you have many more playful, loving times ahead.
Simon is very handsome and has that “doted-on” look! I’m so happy that he found a great home with your family. Kitties are blessings from God.
Simon is handsome and photogenic! He’s got the Siamese look, as well as unique markings. The tufts at the tips of his ears is cute and the tie pic is absolutely adorable!
