This actually looks so much like a photo we have of Tikka – little black kitty looking up, white splotch on the chest, great big eyes! Who can resist?
How adorable – I just love black kitties! And yes, the black cats that have owned me have been either brats or princesses (same difference!). I need to borrow Gavin from the sharing circle – bad day; need some snorgling!!
Sorry your having a bad day Joan…some one on one snorgling and headbonks should bring you right out of it…but don’t forget to return Gavin to the circle…

Believe me, the bratness doesn’t leave them even when grown. Our Onyx is a blakie and even at almost 2 he’s still such a brat….funny that used to be his nickname…bratcat or bc… 🙂

Gavin is just a little love! I love the name. What a combo, black fur and blue eyes. I hope they stay blue! It’s a shame how many people actually don’t want black kitties. I’ve read they don’t get adopted as often as any other color. I have a black cat myself who’s Mommy’s little loverman!

Gavin has such a sweet, beautiful face. Wish I could hold him and stroke that shiny black fur.
Gavin looks a lot like our little girl Lolly (sweet as a lollipop) who, although fully grown, still has the quietest little kitten mew for a voice. Her sisters both scream for happy when each is playing by herself, and after several years, Lolly has started to scream for happy, too. It is really a joy to hear that tiny, little, quiet mew coming out of a full grown cat!
hehe, those eyes weren’t about to fool me, I’ve had enough cats to know that’s the trademark facial expression of one who’s about to be a brat =P
